Residential Construction Carpenter
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
Certificate in carpentry okay instead of work experience
Experience working in a smaller company and remodeling is a bonus
Personal Equipment Needed:
Reliable Vehicle, preferably a truck or van.
All basic hand tools
Access to personal power tools is a bonus.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Must be able to travel to jobsites in the Seattle area.
Must safely be able to operate hand and power tools.
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Ability to understand & work with trade subs (plumbers, electricians, tile setters, etc)
Must be able to work in all phases of construction from start to finish.
Job duties include basic framing, setting doors, installing hardware, install cabinets, and more.
Must show up on time to jobsite with all tools needed for the day.
Keep the jobsite clean and organized including helping with dump runs.
Other duties as assigned.
